So many of us nowadays suffer from unnecessary anxiety which prevents us from ever truly relaxing. As soon as one anxiety is over another takes its place. Wherever we are, whatever we're doing, anxiety can and often does appear.
Instead of being possessed by this painful state of mind we can gradually and gently learn to release ourselves from it's harmful and disturbing presence by training in meditation.
Gen Kelsang Dema will explain and guide two powerful meditations to help us reduce our anxious mind and live more freely and happily. These meditations are suitable for everyone, regardless of age or beliefs.
