​In this short course we will explore how to let go of the limiting beliefs we hold about ourselves. By looking honestly at our strengths and weaknesses, we learn to rely on what is beneficial and let go of what holds us back. In this way we uncover a natural inner freedom and discover that we are far more capable then we thought to grow and become the best person we can be.
