A 5 week series of classes -  everyone welcome to come along at any time
Meditation to bring calm.jpg
We all have the same basic wish – to be happy and to avoid suffering. Meditation is a scientific method to reduce our problems and increase our happiness which everyone can benefit from regardless of their beliefs or background. In these practical meditation classes, we will discover the inner peace that is within all of us. We will learn how to separate ourselves from negative mindsets and gradually replace them with positive attitudes through tried and tested meditation practices revealed to us by Buddhist meditation master, Geshe Kelsang. A very good way to start the autumn term!
