Meditation classes for everyone
A 4 week series of classes - everyone welcome to come along at any time

A 4-week series of guided meditation classes that are designed to help
us to cope with the busyness and difficulties of daily life.
By practising these meditations patiently over time, you will discover that it is possible to experience inner peace and contentment just by controlling your mind, without having to depend upon external conditions.
Each hourly class will be held in the Library Lecture Room at New Mills Town Hall. Please use the Hall Street doorway, which is next to the Library entrance. Seating will be on chairs. Wear warm casual clothing.
Everyone welcome.
