Habits underpin many routines and behaviours of our daily lives. Through familiarity they become automatic ways of doing things so that we continue to do them even when they are “bad” habits which are annoying, harmful and cause disturbed and unpeaceful states of mind.
On this half day course, we will learn practical methods based on Buddhist wisdom, to train in the development of “good” habits which will effortlessly and automatically bring benefit and happiness to every aspect of our lives once we put them into practice.
