Attending these free half hour meditation sessions gives us an opportunity to sit peacefully and learn to properly relax, through developing familiarity with simple breathing and other meditations.
When the turbulence of our distracting thoughts subsides and our mind becomes still, a deep happiness and contentment naturally arises from within. This feeling helps us to cope with the busyness and difficulties of daily life.
Just breathing meditation itself is quite powerful. Come and taste the peace that meditation brings us, to either start the week peacefully or end it peacefully.
