A meditation half-day course

suitable for everyone

with Jan Horvath

Mental health and wellbeing matter to everyone, and it’s helpful to understand how to care for your own mental wellbeing. Learning how to prevent unhealthy habits of mind, and how to develop and maintain deeper levels of inner peace, relaxation, and happiness, are key mental health skills that can be simply practised at home.

Buddhist meditation not only brings about these benefits; it also helps you understand and train your mind to remain happy and peaceful, regardless of your circumstances.

In this half-day course, experienced Kadampa Buddhist Teacher, Jan Horvath, will clearly explain how to take good care of your mind and guide meditations to help you gain greater control over your mind, leading to increased mental stability and wellbeing.

You will discover how you can:

• Protect your mind from stress, anxiety, and mental pain
• Understand how your mind works
• Develop the skills for successful meditation
