How much we enjoy the coming Festive holiday season depends upon our attitude to our life. If we begin the Christmas period with a positive attitude, and then try to maintain it whatever situation arises, we will be able to keep a happy and peaceful mind. In this way, the people around us and we ourselves will be able to enjoy the season. We won't be overcome by the stress and worry before, or the fatigue afterwards!
In this course with teachings and special meditations led by Gen Kelsang Sangye, we will learn to create and maintain positive stable attitudes of mind for the festivities.
Thus helping us:
1) Cultivate the harmony and joy we can experience at this time.
2) Replenish and restore harmony within relationships.
3) Maintain Peace whatever arises.
