Cherishing Our Centre Day - A Community Volunteering Invitation

Hello everyone

Our beautiful Samudra Buddhist Centre is more than just a building—it is a peaceful sanctuary for our entire community. Every time we step inside, we benefit from a space dedicated to calm, clarity, and kindness 🙏🏻 To keep our centre flourishing, it needs a little love and care. So we are hosting a Cherishing Day, and we would love for you to join us in cherishing our space.

How you can help?

• Painting to brighten our rooms.

• Deep cleaning to keep our sanctuary fresh.

• Mending and repairs to fix minor wear and tear.

• Gardening to tidy up our outdoor areas.

Why join us?

Active mindfulness: Cleaning and maintaining a Dharma centre is a beautiful, traditional form of practice.

Community spirit: Work alongside friends, share laughs, and enjoy a sense of collective care.

No experience needed: Whether you are handy with a paintbrush or just want to help wipe down surfaces, there is a role for everyone.
