Medicine Buddha meditation is a healing practice treasured by many in the Kadampa Buddhist tradition. It can be used by ourself, those we care about, or all living beings . Gen Sangye will give teachings and guide meditations to strengthen our connection with Medicine Buddha following the Medicine Buddha sadhana . Through this we can discover how to harness the power of prayer to heal ourselves and others from the causes of suffering.
Everyone is welcome!!

About this Practice

At a time in the world when physical and mental suffering are so prevalent touching people's lives, we need special help. Fortunately, we have the opportunity to turn to Medicine Buddha.
Medicine Buddha is the embodiment of the healing power of all enlightened beings. His function is to liberate living beings from outer and inner sickness. At this special empowerment we can connect to Medicine Buddha and receive the most profound healing blessings during the empowerment, and the subsequent teachings.

Through relying on Medicine Buddha, we can free our mind from the inner poison of the delusions that are the root of all suffering. We will then be in a position to help others through healing actions.
